I become part of the retreat itself, reading the room, honouring the sacredness of what you've built, and capturing the truth of it.

I am here for all of it.
I work with retreat holders who understand that the right photographer is not peripheral to the experience. She is intrinsic to it. Someone who reads the room as carefully as you do. Who knows when to move and when to be still. Who sees the art in the ordinary moment and knows how to hold it. Who does not need to take a thousand photos but is able to sense the exact moment to bring out the camera and create pure magic.

I follow the work that calls me. Currently based in Costa Rica, with regular presence in Mexico, the USA, Ireland and Europe.

Transformational Portrait Sessions
Individual 1:1 sessions with your participants, woven into the retreat programme. These are not headshots. They are transmissions. Each person is guided into their body, their presence, their power, and photographed there. Participants leave with images that anchor the transformation long after the retreat ends.

Film
Before all else, I was a filmmaker. Over two decades, more than a hundred films, festival screenings, millions of views. I now bring that full craft into the service of sacred work.
A retreat film does what photographs alone cannot. It carries the atmosphere, the texture, the aliveness of what you built. The sound of the circle. The moment someone's face changes. The beauty of the space at golden hour. Woven together, it becomes something people watch and immediately want to be part of.

Being Seen Workshop
A facilitated group experience using the camera as a portal into presence, expression and the edges of visibility. Rooted in somatic and tantric practice, this is often the session participants describe as the most unexpectedly powerful moment of the retreat. Many have never allowed themselves to be truly witnessed before. They leave changed.

Tantric Somatic Workshop
Some retreats benefit from a session that drops participants into genuine connection with each other. Not just intellectual sharing but real, embodied, present meeting.
This workshop weaves conscious relating practices, somatic awareness, sensuality, consent and play into an experience that deepens the relational field of your entire retreat. Participants learn to be more authentic, more present, more genuinely themselves with each other. The ripple effect moves through everything that follows.
Offered as a standalone session or woven into the full retreat arc. Particularly powerful when offered mid-retreat, when trust has begun to build and people are ready to go deeper together.
Mother of the Deep
Mother of the Deep is a love letter, made for facilitator and teacher Narah Wilder as a poetic portrait of her work and world.

My Approach
I've been holding the camera for over twenty years. I've been on my own spiritual and transformational journey for the past seventeen years. And for the past six I've been holding transformational spaces through embodiment, intimacy and ritual photography.
As someone who hid behind the camera for years, I know how to move quietly in a space. I am deeply sensitive to when it is best to put the camera down entirely. And I know how to document emotion and transformation in ways that are deep without ever being overwhelming.
I also know what it is to step out in front of the lens and begin to claim my own place. It fills my soul to support others in feeling confident in being seen, empowered, embodied, connected to themselves and to something greater. Capturing souls through the kind of transformation that happens in retreats is a privilege and an honour. It is living heArt. The kind that can anchor change, support integration, and remind participants of what was remembered long after they've gone home.
